The 2025 Michelin Guide has just revealed its latest selections, and we are thrilled to announce that Côté Mas has been awarded the prestigious Bib Gourmand. This distinction highlights our unwavering commitment to offering a high-quality dining experience that balances excellence and accessibility.
What is the Bib Gourmand? A Coveted Recognition
Introduced in 1997, the Bib Gourmand is a Michelin distinction awarded to restaurants offering outstanding cuisine at a reasonable price. These establishments provide a complete, high-quality meal (excluding beverages) for approximately €40 outside Paris and €45 in the capital.
A Bib Gourmand restaurant is synonymous with authenticity, quality ingredients, and skillful cooking, making gourmet experiences accessible to a broader audience. This year, among the 77 new Bib Gourmand awardees, Côté Mas proudly represents the Languedoc alongside another local establishment.

Authentic, Seasonal, and Innovative Cuisine
At the helm of our kitchen, Chef Julien Gonzales creates a modern yet authentic culinary experience, highlighting the best of seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
Fresh produce from our organic vegetable garden, fruits from our orchards, and aromatic herbs cultivated on-site form the foundation of our cuisine. Additionally, our own olive oils, pressed at the estate’s mill, allow us to craft unique food and wine pairings that celebrate the region’s rich gastronomic heritage.
Each dish is meticulously crafted to bring out the essence of the Languedoc, in perfect harmony with the wines of Domaines Paul Mas and our philosophy of Luxe Rural.
